Contents restoration software, from photos to the priced schedule.
The schedule is where contents jobs stall
The crew can photograph a house in an afternoon. Turning those photos into hundreds of priced, depreciated lines the carrier will accept is what takes the week. Contents.team drafts the lines from the photos and attaches a source to every price, so your estimator reviews instead of researching.

Totals, tasks and the loss address in one place
How it fits a restoration job
1. Photograph the loss
Shoot each room the way your crew already does. Upload from a phone or desktop, or sync the job’s photos from CompanyCam.
2. Every item drafted
AI drafts each visible item as an editable line with a description, quantity, room, and a reference back to the photo it came from.
3. Priced and depreciated
Each line gets a replacement with the retailer and the date it was checked, plus age, condition, depreciation, RCV, and ACV. Your estimator reviews and corrects every line.
4. Exported for the carrier
Send the non-salvage schedule as an XactContents-format XLSX and a PDF report, with photos attached. Validate the first export against the receiving template.
Works beside your pack-out system
Contents.team builds the part of a contents job the carrier pays attention to: the itemized, priced, depreciated schedule of what could not be restored, with the photo and the replacement source behind every line. The non-salvageable inventory guide covers what that schedule needs.
It does not print barcodes or track boxes through a vault. If you run a warehouse, keep your pack-out system for custody and let Contents.team handle the schedule. The restoration pack-out guide walks through where each part of the job lives.
