Pricing questions
How does Contents.team billing work?
Billing is monthly, per user. Each seat is $299 per month, and every organization gets 1,000 inventory items included per month. Items beyond the allowance are billed at $0.80 each. There is no annual contract and no setup fee.
What counts toward the 1,000-item allowance?
Approved inventory items across your organization during the billing cycle. A 1,200-item claim approved in one cycle uses the 1,000 included items plus 200 additional items, $160 on top of the seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every organization is set up by invitation, and new teams start on a trial seat. Request access and we will send the invitation to your inbox. If a colleague already uses Contents.team, their admin can invite you directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is month to month with no annual lock-in — cancel from billing settings whenever you like.
Are exports included in the price?
Yes. Approved claim inventories can export as XactContents-format XLSX, CSV, or a PDF report at no extra charge. Custom carrier templates are available on request.
