Pricing questions

How does Contents.team billing work?

Billing is monthly, per user. Each seat is $299 per month and includes 500 inventory items per billing cycle. Items beyond the allowance are billed at $0.80 each. There is no annual contract and no setup fee.

What counts toward the 500-item allowance?

Approved inventory items across your claims during the billing cycle. A 700-item claim approved in one cycle on one seat uses the 500 included items plus 200 overage items — $160 on top of the seat.

Is there a free trial?

Public sign-up is paid from day one. Free trials are available through team invitations — if a colleague already uses Contents.team, their admin can invite you on a trial seat.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription is month to month with no annual lock-in — cancel from billing settings whenever you like.

Are exports included in the price?

Yes. Every claim exports as Xactimate-compatible XLSX, CSV, or a polished PDF report at no extra charge. Custom carrier templates are available on request.
