Contents.team for CompanyCamYour CompanyCam photos, turned into a priced contents inventory.

Link a CompanyCam project to a claim. Photos, tags and comments sync in as your crew shoots; Contents.team drafts and prices the items, and your notes go back to CompanyCam.

From the job site to the claim.

One connection, then every claim can start from a CompanyCam project.
  1. 01

    Sign in to CompanyCam once.

    Connect

An owner or admin approves Contents.team in CompanyCam. One connection covers your whole company; there are no keys to copy.
  2. 02

Start a claim from the job.

    Pick a project

Choose a CompanyCam project. Its address and customer fill in the claim, and its photos, tags and comments come across.
  3. 03

    New photos keep arriving.

    Stay in sync

When your crew adds photos to the project, they land in the claim automatically. Nothing is analyzed until you choose, so you can sort first.
  4. 04

    Itemized, priced, reviewed.

    Inventory

Contents.team drafts the visible items from each photo and prices them like-kind from established retailers. A person reviews every line before it leaves.

What syncs, and which way.

Two-way, with you in control of what goes back.

  • Item details (name, quantity, condition, price) can be written into the photo description
  • Both directions are switches an admin controls in Settings → Connections

Your data stays yours.

Contents.team asks CompanyCam only for what the sync needs: reading your company, projects, photos, tags, comments and customers, managing its own webhooks, and writing comments and photo descriptions. Each organization’s claims and photos are isolated from every other organization’s, and an owner or admin can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connections.

Read the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, or email integrations@contents.team.

Questions, answered.

Something else? info@contents.team

Does the integration cost extra?
No. It is included with Contents.team at no extra charge ($299 per organization per month). Photos that sync in are never billed on their own, and syncing again never re-bills anything.
Who can connect it?
An owner or admin of your Contents.team organization. After that, anyone who can create claims can start one from a CompanyCam project.
What does Contents.team change in CompanyCam?
Only what you switch on: comments on items are posted to the matching photo, and item details can be written into photo descriptions. It never deletes photos or projects.
How do I disconnect?
Settings → Connections → Disconnect. Claims keep the photos they already have, and links come back if you reconnect.
We already connected our own CompanyCam app. Do we need to change anything?
No. Your connection keeps working. You can move to the Contents.team app whenever you like with one reconnect; your linked projects and photos stay where they are.
