CompanyCam
Connect
An owner or admin connects once for the whole organization, in Contents.team under Settings → Connections: click Connect CompanyCam, sign in to CompanyCam and approve access. The card then shows your CompanyCam company and whether automatic sync is on. An owner or admin can disconnect from the same card.
A one-click install from CompanyCam's integrations marketplace is on the way; it ends at the same screen.
Link a claim to a project
- On an existing claim: open its photos, choose Import from CompanyCam and pick the project by name or address.
- On a new claim: choose Start from a CompanyCam project. The address and customer are filled in from the project.
The first import starts straight away. Photos arrive not yet analyzed, so they can be sorted first; a photo whose CompanyCam tag matches a room name is filed into that room, and each photo brings its description and comments.

A photo is never imported twice, and a photo deleted from the claim is not brought back. Sync now on a claim pulls anything new immediately.
Billing
The integration is free. Items drafted from CompanyCam photos count toward the plan only once they are approved, exactly like items from uploaded photos, and a re-sync or re-analysis never counts an item twice.
Building on both
If your own software sits between CompanyCam and Contents.team, use the API with the claim's externalRef set to your job id, and subscribe to items.priced to know when the inventory from a project's photos is ready. Questions: integrations@contents.team.
